Watch: Tucker Carlson Opens Fire On Accused Rockville Rapist’s Lawyer

Tucker Carlson minced no words during a conversation with David Moyse, a defense attorney for one of the accused perpetrators behind the Rockville High School rape.

According to Mediaite, Moyse is one of several lawyers representing Henry Sanchez-Milian – an 18-year-old alien and one of two individuals who allegedly held a 14-year-old girl in a bathroom and raped her.

Sanchez-Milian’s defense team has recently taken to smearing the alleged victim, insisting the sex was consensual.

This comes despite investigators saying the victim suffered physical injuries consistent with her testimony of being raped.

Instead, the alien’s defense team have attempted to paint him as a good little boy fleeing gang life and threats against him made in Guatemala.

During last night’s interview with David Moyse, Tucker Carlson was clearly not impressed.

After identifying Moyse as a partner at the firm representing Sanchez-Milian, Carlson dug right in.

“So there are reports that you all plan to argue at your firm that the rape was, in fact, consensual – two men, one of them a legal adult at 18 and the other 17 – and a 14-year-old girl in a high school bathroom,” he began. “How could that in any sense be consensual?”

Moyse goes on to declare that the “preliminary” evidence his firm has seen suggests that the sex was consensual.

Tucker Carlson goes on to really make Moyse sweat with questions concerning the ethics of slandering the alleged victim’s character.

See the full interview below.

Following the interview, a number of social media users have spoken out against David Moyse.

I do not believe that a child of 14 is old enough to consent to sex. At the very least, it’s statutory rape.
What the hell is wrong with people these days?

    • Robin Anderson

      March 24, 2017 at 11:50 am

Yes. A 14yr old can consent. It happens all the time. It happened to me.

      • Greg Miller

        March 24, 2017 at 12:13 pm

Not legally, if someone wanted charges could have made.

        • Robin Anderson

          March 26, 2017 at 12:53 pm

          I was 14.

      • Lee Wro

        March 24, 2017 at 8:23 pm

And if it were my 14 year old the law wouldn’t be your problem. You and I being 50 miles from civilization with a shovel would be your primary concern.

        • Robin Anderson

          March 26, 2017 at 12:52 pm

          I meant that I was 14.

As long as the person isn’t more than 4 years older than her, apparently.

    • Disproportional

      March 24, 2017 at 12:01 pm

In MD you have to be 16 to consent to sex. Otherwise it IS Statutory rape.

          March 24, 2017 at 1:37 pm

Apologies you are correct I admit I had that information up for 3 different states and definitely got it mixed up.

            March 24, 2017 at 11:02 pm

There a lot of permutations of law across the states.
But rape is rape, and since she was reported to have been screaming, I doubt it was consensual.

          • Pearlbuck

            March 29, 2017 at 10:15 am

Uh, if every man who made a woman scream during sex was guilty of rape…

            March 30, 2017 at 2:03 pm

You don’t think it would be pretty easy to tell the difference?
            I do.

      • Bob Banner

        March 24, 2017 at 4:54 pm

Actually, it differs between states. Some allow only over 18 to be legal consent.

      • Pearlbuck

        March 29, 2017 at 10:14 am

Actually, it seems that a 14 year old can have legal consensual sex with someone who is not more than four years older than her.

        • Disproportional

          March 29, 2017 at 10:20 am

Maryland law says a 14 year old can have consensual sex with a person not more than four years older.
No, I don’t think this was consensual, I’m just saying what the law is.

    • George McKelvey

      March 24, 2017 at 5:22 pm

EXACTLY. This lawyer said it wasn’t a crime at all. Statutory rape is a crime, genius. smdh…

The Left always believe themselves smarter than everyone else.

  4. Greg Miller

    March 24, 2017 at 12:11 pm

Even if this girl got down on the floor and screamed at these guys to screw the hell out of her, it would still be statutory rape with 1 man18 and a boy 17 and a young girl 14.

    • Knights Hawk

      March 24, 2017 at 1:31 pm

Maryland law says a 14 year old can have consensual sex with a person not more than four years older.
That said, I do not for a minute think this was anything but rape.

      • Thomas Crane

        March 24, 2017 at 1:46 pm

NJ has the same law if this ever comes up there.

  5. DaisyToo

    March 24, 2017 at 12:21 pm

This lawyer (and his firm) has the same broken moral compass as Hillary Clinton, who compounded the destruction of the 12 year old child’s life by attacking her character on the stand while she worked to get the child’s rapist off free. And then laughed at the results after she won.

  6. Deplorable Sterling Archer

    March 24, 2017 at 12:36 pm

The tweet asks, “Where are all the feminist outraged that this lawyer is saying the girl asked for it?” They are staying silent because it goes against their narrative of all aliens being wonder caring people.

  7. Bobby France

    March 24, 2017 at 12:43 pm

Funny how all the leftist feminist’s screaming for Women Rights are silent when one of their Protected class people does something like this. They were silent about Carlos Danger and Bill Clinton, they always demonize the victim. I can only wonder what they would be screaming if these were white boys from well to do families.

  8. Rusty Shackleford

    March 24, 2017 at 1:14 pm

Where are the feminists on this case?
The accused’s lawyer is calling the supposed victim a slut. The school is calling everyone who wants to make sure their daughters are safe racist.

  9. tz1

    March 24, 2017 at 1:34 pm

    Duke LaCrosse rape charges?
    Rolling Stone’s Jackie?
    Mattress Girl?

The left said we have to believe the accuser.

But when the rapists are illegals, we have to believe someone who is too young to consent consented?

This could get interesting with illegals on campus. If Trump doesn’t fix Title IX star chambers, maybe the conservative women can each pick an illegal to accuse and watch the fireworks.

  10. Thomas Crane

    March 24, 2017 at 1:49 pm

Tucker’s fury at that lawyer was breath taking. As far as the feminist groups, they are more interested in marching on Washing over a joke the president made in 2005 than protecting a girl from the slander of her accused rapists’ lawyers.

he used the word “ethically” while defending rapists.

  14. Bob Banner

    March 24, 2017 at 4:53 pm

There is no such thing as “consensual” when the victim is underage. Many people who claimed such are in jail.

Some are explaining their actions to God, directly.

    • Pearlbuck

      Maryland law says differently.

      • Bob Banner

        March 30, 2017 at 12:01 pm

There is a consensual age in every state, although they might not be all the same age.

        • Pearlbuck

          March 30, 2017 at 12:25 pm

“Like most states, there are some situations in Maryland where people under the age of consent may legally have sex, as long as there is only a small age difference between them. In Maryland, persons aged between 14 and 16 may consent to sex as long as the other partner is not more than 4 years older.”

All you need to know about people who can’t wait to defend illegals or law breakers –

    **virtue signalling
    noun [ U ] uk us virtue signaling /ˈvɜː.tʃuː ˌsɪɡ.nəl.ɪŋ/ /ˈvɝː.tʃuː ˌsɪɡ.nəl.ɪŋ/

an attempt to show other people that you are a good person, for example by expressing opinions that will be acceptable to them, especially on social media:
Virtue signalling is the popular modern habit of indicating that one has virtue merely by expressing disgust or favor for certain political ideas or cultural happenings.**

These liberal windbags think apologizing for illegals and the like will make them look moral and virtuous. But really, they are just self-righteous attention whores trying to inflate their own egos.

  17. Bob Banner

    March 24, 2017 at 5:11 pm

Good job, Tucker! I’d like to know who’s paying that attorney’s bill because it’s going to be a whopper. And I bet lawyers are pounding on the victim’s door ready to charge that school system for not better protecting a young girls’ safety, even when the screams were from outside that room.

  18. Adnil Yelkam

    March 24, 2017 at 6:03 pm

14 is not old enough for consent.

    • Pearlbuck

      March 29, 2017 at 10:18 am

In Maryland it is, if the other person isn’t more than 4 years older.

      • Bob Banner

        March 30, 2017 at 11:59 am

So if a two-year old nods to a five year old, or a 9 year old says yes to a 12 year old, that’s consent? Every state has a consensual age, though they are not all the same age.

        • Pearlbuck

          March 30, 2017 at 12:24 pm

I think in Maryland the age of consent is 14–for having sex with someone who is not more than four years older.

  19. Christine Blocher

    March 24, 2017 at 10:05 pm

His answers are indicative our sick, perverted society we have today! Every person, woman or man, should be outraged by this lawyer suggesting the young girls character be looked at in this trial and then to compare it to DUKE!! Dear God above, a 14 year old girl compared to a college woman! Sick, just sick. He may as well have said.”..but she deserved it, or she asked for it!! “. That mentality was abolished years ago; so I thought!!

  20. Pearlbuck

    March 25, 2017 at 3:01 am

I love Tucker, but it absolutely could have been consensual, for all we know. The idea of that isn’t ludicrous at all. 18 and 14 might be a crime, but nothing compared to what the headlines have been claiming. He should not have been a student in that school, period, and that’s where the focus should be.

    • steamed

      March 25, 2017 at 9:13 am

A fourteen year old is not old enough or mature enough to consent to sex.

      • Pearlbuck

        March 25, 2017 at 10:20 am

I’m not disagreeing with that position. Legally , rhough, it depends on the state.

    • Coppercat45

      March 28, 2017 at 12:11 am

Yes, it’s ludicrous to say that a 14 yr old girl who was just going through a day at school, was caught and dragged into the boys’ room into a stall, was heard by witnesses screaming and crying, was also brutalized in unspeakable ways, consented to this hard core sex with 2 non-English-speaking men… Oh I know, you must be a Muslim terrorist! She ought to be stoned, right?

      • Pearlbuck

        March 29, 2017 at 10:11 am

Oh, Coppercats, you’re really not helping, do you know that? You sound like a poorly written parody of a Trump supporter. Do you know what the word “fallacy” means? You’re sputtering and completely losing control. Get a grip, man. I didn’t say that the scenario you describe is ludicrous, but you know very well that it hasn’t been proven. People are innocent until proven guilty under our justice system, and it is absolutely essential that we have lawyers committed to defending the rights of the accused. Do you remember the Rolling Stone cover story that described a brutal gangrape of an innocent girl at a frat house? The article was accepted as fact, the story became an international outrage about the evils of the patriarchy and American “rape culture”, the frat was suspended and vandalized, and the story turned out to be total fiction. You don’t know the facts here. You WANT this to be a story about a couple of illegal immigrants who brutally raped a girl, but you don’t really know what happened. That’s what our judicial system is for. Focus on the fact that those guys shouldn’t have been at the school to begin with–that’s an opinion we can agree on

  21. Paul B

    March 25, 2017 at 12:55 pm

How much does Tucker & FNC pay people for a TV appearance?
Cause his interview style is brutally direct and he doesn’t settle for anything but direct answers.

It’s rare indeed anyone comes out unscathed. This guy’s a lawyer — a smart guy — and Tucker just tears him apart. And he does this on a nightly basis. At this point I think it’s impossible people think they’re (guests) going onto Tucker’s show for a walk in the park, lol.

  22. robin

    March 25, 2017 at 8:04 pm

What sort of twisted mindset does that scumbag lawyer have!! I would not bring a child into this rotten, evil, twisted world we live in!! What is so special about these scumbags so-called refugees anyway, it seems every country wants to protect them to the determent of the indigenous people??

  23. Pearlbuck

    March 29, 2017 at 10:22 am

It’s interesting to read these comments. Generally, the crazies on the left and the extreme feminists are the ones openly calling for the suspension of our most basic rights when it comes to rape accusations. A woman claiming she was raped should ALWAYS be believed, and she shouldn’t have to be cross-examined in court, and so on. Well, in the U.K. it looks like these nuts have actually made it so women making the rape accusations CAN’T be cross examined in court anymore. I could usually count on the type of people who are fans of Milo and Tucker when it comes to pointing out the fascistic nature of these positions. Not anymore. Sad!
