The assailant may have been inspired by the Muslim shoe-throwing assault on President George W. Bush, though athletic prowess is not big on the left, and the shoe fell far short of MILO on stage.
Their eyesight must be worse than MILO’s as the shoes were nowhere close to the intended target.
The unidentified shoe thrower hit the head of an innocent bystander sitting in the front row, causing her to shout in pain, before throwing another at the stage.
“I sometimes wonder about being assassinated by angry lesbians,” MILO said after the assailant was escorted from the venue. “If that’s any indication of their aim, I don’t think I need to worry too much.”

The attempted assault comes after MILO received death threats, one of which stated: “we’re coming for you.”
Although the perpetrator remains unidentified, one can assume that the shoe-thrower was at least influenced by Muslim culture.
Shoe-hurling protesters should have the common decency to limit themselves to the following brands: Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Louboutin, Prada.
