Anthony Weiner Sentenced To 21 Months In Prison

Former New York Democratic Congressman Anthony Weiner has been sentenced to 21 months in prison after pleading guilty to sending obscene material to a minor.

Weiner, 53, had an online sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl which was revealed last year when the girl told The Daily Mail about the messages the former Democratic Congressman would send her.

Weiner sent bare-chested photo’s of himself to the girl, called her “baby” and said she made him “hard,” according to copies of the messages reported by The Daily Mail.

“I would bust that tight p***y so hard and so often that you would leak and limp for a week,” he said in one message to the 15-year-old.

“When we would Skype, he would tell me that he was very lonely and that it had been a year since he and his wife [Huma] had sex, and that she really didn’t pay him any attention,” the girl told The Daily Mail. “We would talk, just chatting for about 30 minutes and it would lead to more sexual things…asking me to undress…he’d comment on my body. He asked me about masturbation, and that kind of thing.”

“[Weiner’s] son was in the bathtub at the time just downstairs,” the girl said, referring to the skype conversations she and Weiner had. “So he would yell at his son to check on him, and then he asked me to take my clothes off, and just started saying these really sexual things.”

“He would tell me to say his name as I was touching myself,” she continued. “He would ask me to take my clothes off.”

“He had some rape fantasies. It would just be him showing up at my house when my dad was out of town,” the girl said. “And just start undressing me, being forceful, asking me if I want to be dominated, strange questions.”

“He would just have his shirt off. Sometimes he would grab his lower region, but that was about it,” she added.

“I have repeatedly demonstrated terrible judgment about the people I have communicated with online and the things I have sent. I am filled with regret and heartbroken for those I have hurt,” Weiner said in a statement to The Daily Mail.

That terrible judgment has now landed Weiner a prison sentence of 21 months.

Weiner’s lawyers argued that he acted out of the “depths of an uncontrolled sickness” but was now being treated. They also asked that he be sentenced to probation rather than prison.

Unfortunately for the former Democratic Congressman, that request was denied. Weiner cried on Monday as his sentence was announced by US District Judge Denise Cote in Manhattan.

And once again we see why lying about something causes more trouble then telling the truth. If this degenerate would have just told the truth the very first time he got caught, back when he was still in office, he would have been home free, instead he lied about it, blamed Andrew Breitbart, hackers, the right wing, and anyone else you can think of. You would think with as close to the Clinton’s he is he would have learned from Bill’s impeachment.

You’d also think as close as he is to the Clintons, they would have had him killed by now. You know, for causing Hillary to lose. Maybe they’ll have him killed in jail.

this guy is being made an example of. He was a high profile lawmaker, who should have known better, of all people! Times have changed, gone are the days when men in government can get away with all kinds of sexual crimes, as they did decades ago when things were kept hushed up til the statute of limitations ran out.

If he wasn’t connected to people in high places, and if he didn’t have an aggressive legal team, he would have been sentenced to 10 years. Instead he gets 21 months, and you watch, he’ll be out on good behavior in under a year. He’s a sick, vile, ignorant man and should have to pay like everyone else. Don’t forget… this wasn’t his first time.

I think he will commit suicide in his first two weeks. It would be too hard to have an accidental car accident or unexplained plane crash.

Or a ‘mugging’ a la Seth Rich, may he RIP.

Weiner wouldn’t have even gone to trial had the Clintons become POTUS.

My question is this, he walked out of the court house with his lawyers. How long do they give him to report to the Danbury country club and spa?

Guys, listen go easy on me alright? Not cool. You know what I have to put up with now? ME ending up being one that’s getting busted up and leaking for a week, and I’m not talking about emails! You think that’s cool? That’s not how you treat your fellow man, what if I get AIDS now? It’s not my fault Huma’s clit doesn’t have any nerve endings. Thing’s like trying to fit on a burnt roll of sand-paper. WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO???

The age of consent in New York state is 17. Shouldn’t there be such a thing as relative outrage?

Let the record show that Infowars was reporting on this Weiner pedophilia story many months before anyone else did. Infowars= the realest of real news.

I know this isn’t at the top of the list of Weiner outrageousness .. but that kid he was leaving untended in the bathtub a floor below him was what – 4? – at the time. That and having the child on the bed w/him whilst sexually abusing teenaged girls should get him much more than 21 months in jail.

Brilliant job on a non-emotive article! Let me think for myself! 10/10 Milo crew!

Time for devils advocate. I have not followed this case closely.

Did he exert his authority over this girl? Was this case only limited to sending obscene material, as some outlets implied it was a “sex chat”? Is having your shirt off a crime? Was his crime also in what he said? What bearing does that have on free speech?

There is a difference between condemning someone’s speech and having the right to say it (I understand that). I also accept that some speech, while free to express, is not free of consequence. I don’t know the specifics of the jurisdiction but it may fall under the category of “vicarious sexual gratification”, as an example.

It’s interesting to see how vague the free speech laws in the US are when I dig deeper. I’m not defending this politician. I’m not challenging this law either. I’m simply on a site that’s pro free speech where somebody is being condemned for talking (see the other comments). This is not libel or slander or sedition.

Should we imprison this man for his words? Should we support his right to free speech? It’s an excellent time for some rational discourse!

He was engaging in sexual talk with… a MINOR. That’s still a taboo in Gamorah. He’s lucky he didn’t get ten years.
