Muslim Refugee in New Hampshire Charged for Sexual Assaults Involving Four Young Girls

Harmless refugee sexually assaults seven year old girl.

According to WMUR a “Nashua Man,” – The headline omits both his name, Mohammod Rafique, and his status as a refugee from Myanmar. – has been charged with two counts of felonious sexual assault, as well as four other charges. The incidents are alleged to have happened in late August, according to Nashua police, and involved four girls, one of whom was only seven years old.

Naturally, the families of the alleged victims of this totally harmless refugee are distraught, with the prosecutor, Don Topham stating, “We’re alleging these offenses have had a great and substantial effect on both them and their parents,” which is so obvious a statement that it seems quite likely it’s part of a grander prosecutorial strategy.

Authorities involved with the case described charges as “inappropriate touching” at an unspecified gathering. Investigators discovered that Rafique has ties with one of the alleged victim’s family. Lt. Kerry Baxter explained, “He had attempted to offer them money and gifts and things like that to get one or more of the girls back to his house.” Given that Rafique required an interpreter in court, it’s easy to speculate that at least one of his alleged victims, or her family, shares a language with the accused pedophile.

When the girls were interviewed, court records show their stories corroborated each other, and the prosecutor requested a $50,000 bail, as a necessary protection for the girls. The judge denied the request, and set the accused’s bail at $15,000, citing due process and the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

Swift justice for a sexual assault against a seven year-old is hardly controversial, unless, apparently, the alleged perpetrator is a Muslim refugee. Even the notoriously liberal Californians take bail more seriously, with Orange County’s bail schedule listing $15,000 as appropriate for someone charged with “violating the terms of a misdemeanor probation.” Yes, that means someone charged with allegedly violating probation for a misdemeanor, like keying a car, is subject to the same bail as someone in New Hampshire charged with allegedly sexually assaulting children as young as seven, apparently.

When Christianity came to Europe, Old Religions became refugees in their own land (greek, norse and the rest) and now the same is repeating with Muslims.

    Well, imagine my shock

This is not acceptable reporting, for several reasons.

    1. The quote of harmless is unsubstantiated.
    2. This is an alleged offense. The article is inconsistent in that point. We must uphold innocent until proven guilty for everybody.
    3. Why felonious sexual assault? Is there a type of sexual asssult that’s legal? The article has a heavy handedness to it.
    4. Swift justice is always controversial. This reeks of Title IX, short cutting due process.

Yes, the guy is a Muslim. Yes, he’s a refugee. It doesn’t give you the right to use emotive language to sway people’s thinking. That’s what I get from shitty news sources like the Sydney Morning Herald or BBC News. If I want shitty propagandist news, I’ll go there.

“A person who uses emotive arguments to sway your views rather than using evidence is not your friend.”
From the Book of Rusty, Chapter 5 : On Propaganda.

      “Muh principles.”

That’s how you end up with entire cities going Muslim. They are playing to win and the cucks are worried about 18th century principles that the other side doesn’t care about in the slightest.

The amount of bail should have nothing to do with the severity of a crime. The idea of bail is to ensure that a defendant returns for their day in court. It is not a fine.

That is not correct. Bail for dangerous defendants is generally set very high and in some case it is not even granted. It is up to the judge to assess the evidence and weigh factors of a likely conviction and the defendant’s danger to society.
