Google Insiders Reveal True Atmosphere Inside The Company

The Breitbart News interview series “Rebels Of Google” has given an inside look at the tech giant.

In one revealing incident,  someone was punched for “expressing a contrary viewpoint.”

An insider also revealed senior managers at Google were on the “verge of tears” after Donald Trump won the election, and described the “cult-like” diversity training and firing of an autistic employee who questioned the idea that gender was a spectrum.

A Google employee who goes by the alias “Gordon” also described the “TGIF meeting” (Thank God It’s Friday), which is held every week for Mountain View employees, that followed President Trump’s victory.

“After the 2016 election, we had an entire TGIF dedicated to the election result, in which several of our top management gave emotional speeches as though the world was going to end, and seemed to be on the verge of tears,” Gordon told Breitbart.  “It was embarrassing.”

“There used to be a Googler very high on the autism spectrum. At our TGIFs (weekly propaganda sessions) he would always take up time during the question period with long, strange, frustrating questions,” he said while referencing an employee who was fired shortly after questioning the idea that gender is a spectrum. “This went on for months, and was always tolerated until one fateful LGBT-themed TGIF when he expressed skepticism about the gender ‘spectrum.’ He was fired very shortly afterward.”

Another Google insider confirmed that story with Breitbart.

Gordon explained in the interview that the turning point for the company, in terms of freedom of expression, was when the Black Lives Matter ideology started to spread through the corporate world.

“One thing that’s unusual about Google is that it is fine to harshly and even unprofessionally criticize managers and other teams. Before we became politicized, this seemed liberating. Then, when Black Lives Matter hysteria hit its peak, sometime in 2015, it became taboo to criticize identity politics, and later on, it became very dangerous to criticize any member of a minority group at all (even if the criticism had nothing to do with their identity),” he said.

“The worst part isn’t the ‘diversity,’” Gordon claimed. “It’s the “inclusion” – the banner under which they justify dangerous pseudosciences like unconscious bias and microaggressions, and try to make them company policy.”

“Google is run like a religious cult. Conform and carry out the rituals, and you’ll be rewarded and praised; ask any uncomfortable questions or offend the wrong people, and the threats and public shaming will be swift and ruthless. The religion, in this case, is a kind of intersectional feminism, its central tenets are Diversity and Inclusion, its demonic enemy is Bias, and its purifying rituals include humiliating forms of “training” that resemble Maoist struggle sessions,” he explained in the interview with Breitbart.

“This might sound crazy to a lot of your readers, but college students should understand, since it’s a similar culture.”

    I love capitalism until i don’t

    Don’t be such pussies.
    It’s a private corporation.
    Let them do their thing.

Suck it up. This is Capitalism.

I see you are constantly here trying to say something smart, you fail most of the time.

      This time isn’t different.

For capitalism to function freedom is required, when a virtual monopoly starts to censor and demonetize based on ideology: freedom is attacked.

As a capitalist it is my duty to point out the authoritarians and try to reduce their influence, so that their totalitarian view doesn’t inhibit everyone else’s ability to function within capitalism.

When one system has no problem with multiple views, it is clearly superior to a system that requires a single world view to maintain control.

      Why?

Because that means less effort will be expended in trying to control and manage people.

Or to put it another way: in one system I get to call you out for being an asshole and in the other you try to force me to shut up while talking horse-shit like: men and women are exactly the same, except for every cell in their body.

Wouldn’t a true capitalist environment accept one that shuns forced diversity and makes sure that all of their employees operate under the same hive-mind? That would be the most cost-efficient from a management standpoint. A brutal dictatorship would operate just fine in a capitalist environment when they still can leverage their capital to buy every competitor worth a damn. Freedom would also be the freedom to discriminate as chosen, like having an office with no useless women.

        Asking for a friend…

So the moral of the story is all forms of government/economy work as long as the people practicing them kill/imprison the corrupt individuals within? So why does anyone regardless of government/economy just dispose the dead weight dragging everyone down from the top? You need masses and masses of poor useless people to add up to one rich useless person. Only the rich can effect immediate change with their resources a poor person has next to no resources. We are bickering over who we should label the causer of everyone collective problems while forgetting not everyone has the exact same problems or the understanding that other people causing us problems can be the result of someone causing them problems in the first place. We all know the problems come from out corrupt government and the corrupt individuals within the economy. Why dont we put an end to them? We need to hold real trials and give them due process but we need to seat common people on the jury not other rich technically legal but by illegal influence designed to be that way motherfuckers so we have a chance to permanently and justly remove them from our society. We have allowed the theft of millions/billions of dollars to go unpunished and financially rewarded with taxpayer money. When will it be enough? People on all sides of everything have suffered collectively for thousands and thousands of years at the hands of ‘rules’ and ‘governors’. Society needs consented upon laws not rulers to function. People need to know their rights are protected to be willing to consent to the word of a law system. Yes you can rule people by force and through fear but if you take a look at history that never ends well.

            >So the moral of the story is all forms of government/economy work as long as the people practicing them kill/imprison the corrupt individuals within?

I’m… not sure where any of that comes from what I said, but yes. That has always been the case, in every government from Feudal to modern day townships, and in every business, or bank, ever started. Bad boss abusing the workers? Burn his house down with his family still inside. Repeat till the problem is resolved. It works every time, and was the birthplace of Unions. Might has always made right.

            >Why dont we put an end to them?

Because they have hundreds of years of experience ruling and manipulating the goyim, controlling all major media to make sure only their versions of the “truth” are told to the masses, and have trained them to be too busy fighting each other to pay attention to the tentacles controlling all the puppets.

          • Miltiadem

            August 23, 2017 at 8:54 pm

I was saying the moral because you didnt directly say it I didnt mean to offend if I have and to your second point the ones that are busy fighting each-other will only learn to fight the real enemy if led by example. The sad part is in this day most of the ones willing to lead by example dont have the knowledge of exactly how to do it and it seems the majority of the ones that do should they buy into certain ideas end up using it for their own gain as you point out might makes right and in this world intelligence and money and all sorts of things count as might. Having the mindset of working together at all costs despite there not being much economic gain involved or at least potentially less than working against each-other comes somewhat naturally from people in touch with their empathy but having a good connection to it can also cause people to become overly sensitive and biased even to the point of being blind to the bias or even violent. The logical side can get too caught up in the sheer number of directions these slights are coming from and the scale they have been allowed to rise to. To lead by example can be done in many ways but to do so paints a target on your back to a level most are uncomfortable with. When people had more money they could afford to distract themselves even more now the money is getting tight for more and more and its waking them up but its happened to more and more people out of others deception and their own ignorance/tolerance and they become violent or desperate and either fall out of society in different ways or rise above and start taking advantage of others understanding that it is how the world is currently built to function. A select few individuals are able to make it and come out good people and a benefit but ignoring the realistic impacts of this current societal/economic structure and buying into the ‘make the select few richer while everyone suffers until they are rich enough to build/buy robots to do your job or congresspeople to make it legal to outsource your job to foreigners making both your lives worse off for their profit or even not pay taxes on their profits and steal what money was intended to be used for the good of everyone in the country for themselves. There are too many sides its coming from to get into. People would truly need to have political talks of their own and be serious about it. They would have to try to control their tempers and bad habits and resolve conflict in mutually agreed upon ways. People need to be listened to and that takes real time. We are rushing things that will always take time you cant advance people tolerance to change only influence the direction it heads in. Please correct me on anything and share your opinion of things. People need to work together and not let their feelings get in the way of their thoughts so we can not just come together but actually function as a whole. I think the intention of states was to have a vast array of different areas so that people can find a place they agree with so they can be happy in their lives so they can be the most beneficial person to society. We are able to communicate well enough from distances we should be able to use it for real good and serious change and not completely buy into the entertainment side of things. Theres nothing wrong with fun but we need to be honest with ourselves about when the time for it is. We are having psychological/literal/and metaphorical wars happening all over the world and people dont seem to grasp the vastness of it all. We cant keep blaming them for not actively going out and looking for things that will stress them out break them down and anger them to the point of snapping in some extreme cases. We need to help them prepare because in many countries its everyone in it together when it comes down to it. I dont have any true answers and I certainly dont know all the details but I’m trying to be in the right mindset to actually help people think in the right direction. I’m horribly uneducated and have zero influence to anyone outside of them allowing me to by having a conversation the only part I’d change is the education. I just see things deteriorating as a faster and faster rate each year each month even and frankly I’m scared and confused and doing my best to hold things together until someone steps us and fixes things but the really scary part is no one seems like they are going to for various reasons some being economic and some being out of self preservation. People myself included dont want to loose their lives just to try and help other people for myself this sentiment is changing in the sense of being willing to risk it. We need to do something we need to have some kind of example being given. I dont have the education to know what legal options are available and I certainly dont have the economic means to achieve any level of credentials. I’m finding what I think to be loopholes but I don’t know how the legal process works well enough to know if just because something technically works if a judge is really going to uphold it or not. I’m rambling I hope you read it people need to start networking even if its just to get a more accurate picture of everyone’s view points. Take care.

True capitalism would allow business owners to reject employees and customers on race, religion, and sexual orientation. That is not the form of capitalism we have here in the States. Our version of capitalism gives everyone, except Christians, the right to run their business as they see fit.

“Capitalism is an economic system based on private ownership of the means of production and their operation for profit.[1][2][3] Characteristics central to capitalism include private property, capital accumulation, wage labor, voluntary exchange, a price system, and competitive markets.”

The issue has nothing to do with capitalism, except that such policy actually hurts the competitiveness of their private business once the criteria of employee selection is now based on personal beliefs instead of competency. Your point is “it’s a private business, let them do what they want.” Turns out no one is forcing them to change their stance on the matter. All you see is some public pressure.

Switching to Bing is a very small step. Other actions should include getting off of Verizon (else you are beholden to a Gmail acct), un-installing Chrome (you’re safer that way anyway) and avoiding many of the other organizations associated with Google. Don’t worry, all of this will come out soon. Just don’t expect to find it with Google search!

Google, like most companies large or small, are truly feudalistic systems. The really sad part is that Google tried to show they were different. But they never were and fooled everyone. They did nothing to overhaul hiring practices or same mind set hiring — they certainly didn’t hire diversity of thoughts, though they claimed to — they lied. Everyone talks about a cultural fit when hiring. Google is not any different. I have no idea how they can make money operating as they are doing. Amazes me.

The Google premise, based on swallowing reflexively the postmodern narratives, is a monumental cock up. Postmodernism’s early phase put forward many good points ignored by modernism. The social construction of reality was one of these. But, then, construction devolved into an -ism, an ideology, an extreme position, thus opening itself to critiques designed to reign it back into epistemological sanity. Such adjustments fall on the deaf ears and incurious minds of today’s mainstream feminists, constructivists, academics, and true believers. Postmodernism in all its variants is dead: a self-contradicting series of outlandish platform planks. Google is now operating like the cult of Scientology, the cult of lie in North Korea, Mao’s China, and the former USSR. It’s corporate culture, like the above communist regimes, is not long for this world. If it survives, so much the worse for its employees. They should seek the sanity ill afforded by Google. For my part, I am refusing to use Google anything.
