Sadiq Khan: Trump’s Policies Are Incompatible With British Values

London Mayor Sadiq Khan is reportedly calling on the British government to cancel a scheduled state visit by U.S. President Donald Trump following the latter’s rants following Saturday’s London terror attack.

As The Guardian reports, Khan appeared on Channel 4 News yesterday to say, “I don’t think we should roll out the red carpet to the president of the USA in the circumstances where his policies go against everything we stand for.”

Khan continued, “when you have a special relationship it is no different from when you have got a close mate. You stand with them in times of adversity but you call them out when they are wrong. There are many things about which Donald Trump is wrong.”

See Khan’s remarks below.

Following Saturday’s attack in London, which killed seven people, Trump took to Twitter to criticize Khan.

The Guardian accuses Trump of having misunderstood Khan’s remarks, stating Khan’s “there’s not reason to be alarmed” remark was in reference to the extra number of police officers that would be on the streets of London following the attack.

Khan’s office made the same accusation, stating that the mayor had “more important things to do than respond to Donald Trump’s ill-informed tweet that deliberately takes out of context his remarks.”

Trump called that response a “pathetic excuse.”

This is not the first time Khan has called for a visit to the UK by Trump to be canceled.

Writing for The Evening Standard, Khan made a similar call earlier this year in response to Trump’s travel ban.

“Every country has the right to set its own immigration policies but this ban is both discriminatory and counter-productive,” he wrote.

“It will see the US turn its back on its obligation to refugees fleeing from violence and persecution — and it will play straight into the hands of the terrorists and extremists who seek to divide and harm our great nations. I fear it will be used to act as a recruiting sergeant for so-called IS and other like-minded groups.”

As for Khan’s latest call for the cancelation of Trump’s state visit, he is not alone.

As Newsweek reports, senior Labour Member of Parliament David Lammy has also called for the revoking of Trump’s invitation, referring to the President as “just a troll.”

Newsweek, however, reports that May’s government has responded by stating, “HM Government believes the President of the United States should be extended the full courtesy of a State Visit. We look forward to welcoming President Trump once dates and arrangements are finalized.”

“So-called IS.” Khan must not believe they’re real, either.

Trump’s policies are “protect innocent people from terrorism.”

Is Khan saying that British values is “let innocents die in the name of tolerance?” Well, after Manchester and the London bridge attack, seems like it.

Sounds like Obama when he was in. Does Khan’s values match the 7 dead and 48 injured? Would they agree?

Khan, the same guy who, as a lawyer, successfully fought to drop England’s ban on Louis Farrakhan entering the UK, is now demanding Trump not be allowed.

I strongly urge all who are interested in truth and freedom to research Khan’s dedicated support of Islamists, including his legal defense of Zacarias Moussaioui, 9/11 Al Qaeda terrorist, and defense of Azzam Tamimi, who told a crowd that any publication of Mohmmad cartoons would, “cause the world to tremble’ and predicted ‘Fire … throughout the world if they (free world) don’t stop ..” saying he was merely using ‘flowery speech’. His chapter in a book, “Actions Against the Police” advising on how to legally bring false charges against the police for “racism against Muslims”. All that and more.

paraphrasing here , he said that its like when you have a mate, and you stand with them on times of adversity, but you call them out when they are wrong….. isn’t that what trump did?? Call him out, because he is wrong?

London’s mayor, the son of Pakistani Muslim immigrants, condemns so-called ‘moderate’ Muslims and calls them Uncle Toms. Khan intensely hates Jews and Christians and is filled with venomous hate for patriotic, ethical Trump because Trump wants to protect our people.

London suffered two major Muslim terror attacks in just weeks. With rabid infidel-hater Khan as London’s mayor, our danger increases by the day. Terrorist supporter Khan wants Trump banned from Britain. Khan is evil.
